We ship 7 days a week. In-stock items ordered by 4pm Mon-Fri (11:30am Sat) usually go same day. Most orders over £50 arrive next postal day free; timed upgrades are available at checkout. Some items can take up to 14 days; remote areas may take longer.

Select a preferred date/time at checkout for in-stock items. Service is subject to postcode, weather and security checks, and not all products are eligible for next-day. Pre-10:30, pre-1pm and weekend services are available for a fee where applicable.

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick a nearby Post Office. We send via Royal Mail Tracked/Special Delivery and you’ll get an email when ready. ID is required. PayPal/Amazon checkout can’t be used with this option.

30-day change-of-mind returns on unworn items (earrings excluded). UK orders under £500: use our free Royal Mail tracked/insured label. Over £500 or international: return at your cost. Keep all packaging; unworn condition required.

Contact us ASAP (phone or contact form) and we’ll confirm if the order can be changed or cancelled based on its status.

If your order hasn’t arrived or arrived damaged, reach our service team and we’ll investigate, re-ship or claim with the carrier. Most parcels require a signature; if nobody is in, the carrier will leave instructions or a pickup option.
