Asked to review an item that has yet entirely failed ti arrive!
Ordered - Sunday 24th
Dispatch email received - Monday 25th. Sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 48).
Not showing as received by Royal Mail (website) - Friday 28th ….
Probably lost in transit. Annoying.
Can’t answer questions on the product ‘quality, value for money, ease of use or style’. However, since I’m forced to input something by the review process, it’s going to have to be 1 stars across the board!
Delivery which ironically doesn’t require a ‘star rating, currently genuinely gets 1 star!
Overall = Disappointment

I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order.
I have had a look on the notes for this and I can see that a replacement shipment was made earlier today with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and I can see we are investigating the cause of the delays on this order with our Royal Mail account manager to prevent this in the future.
