Delighted with my watch together with the 10% discount offered by FCW which was a deal clincher ! The watch itself is Swiss quality built,super accurate & has a real wrist presence.You certainly get what you pay for with this watch !! Usual excellent service from FCW !!

What a beautiful watch only a step down from the spring drive I absolutely love it. As for fcw a I had a small problem with the watch strap adjustment attended the shop in person and a special thank you to Cassie for her tremendous customer service who promptly had my problem solved, very much appreciated.

Regading the watch, Seiko products are sturdy and well engineered and I find the Seiko 5 Sport with steel bracelet a very attractive man's watch. Regarding First Class Watches, they sold the watch at a competitive price, kept me informed of the progress of delivery and when it arrived it was well packaged with adequate protection against rough handling and was received in sound, undamaged condition. Good service.
