Great service and value for money with prompt delivery and thorough information delivery through the whole process

Great service again from First Class Watches. Ordered and dispatched the same day. I've been after a Duckworth Prestex for a while and it was worth the wait.

I bought a Withings scanwatch2, 38mm, for my wife, who likes to keep a check on her health, due to some heart problems ( now stabilised)
She was previously using a traditional smartwatch, but found it hard to easily access the data she wanted. This watch is much easier and clearer, and it has the bonus of an ECG.
It looks classy and she is delighted with it.
The service from First Class Watches was excellent.

Watch looks even better on the wrist, I dithered vs the original ES, as I wasn't sure if the red pusher made the watch look unbalanced. However, that is not the case in my opinion, and it is a thing of beauty and function.
The service was great from FCW, although I did notice there was no signed Hanhart card included in the package.

Super pleased with my new Luminox watch. Amazing selection with great prices, delivery was fast & my watch was packaged perfectly. Really delighted with the overall service, and definitely going to use FCW again!

I bought a Damasko from FCW: it was a good price, arrived quickly and without fuss - and the communication from FCW watch was good.
So, pretty much all you (or I) need, no?
