Unfortunately had to pay to have additional links removed in order to fit my partners wrist.
Purchased as a birthday present which was much wanted and the other half was thrilled. Slightly cheaper than on the high street and worth it. Worked out about the same with the additional cost, which would have been free and more accessible has I purchased from a high street store, but there we go. Live and learn.

Just received silver mesh bracelet for my mondaine watch. The watch was purchased from you some months ago. Thought I would change the black leather strap for the silver mesh bracelet for the summer months. Am so pleased with it. Love the easy way to change the strap too. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. There was a slight hiccup with my preferred payment method which delayed the dispatch of my order so I was initially a bit cheesed off about that but as it turned out if that hadn't happened I would never have found out how great the Customer Support is, putting a real face on my shopping experience rather than some faceless online purchase. The prices are better than anywhere else I found and they even accepted my "Offer" which was £20 under the already "Sale" price. That saying of "If it's too good to be true it probably isn't" definitely does NOT apply to First Class Watches. My order was speedily dispatched once the payment went through.

Recently purchased my 1st luxury watch Oris calibre 400.
I ordered it over the bank holiday and came very quick within a few days.
I Recently enquired about another order and I was emailed back straight away and my query was sorted straight away.
Customer service is excellent and would definitely recommend and use first class watches again.

Great price compared to other websites. Make sure you look out for discount code on the site or by signing up to the newsletter.
Love the watch, it was dispatched quickly, delivery was tracked and arrived in good time.
I previously brought this watch on another website that said it was "In Stock" but they soon emailed me to say it wasn't and they did not know when it would be. Offred me a discount on another watch but I wanted this one. Cancelled and ordered here. Experience was great.
