Watch received quickly and on time. WhatsApp chat was useful for addressing my questions, and the “make us an offer” option also saved me £25 which was very nice.
The fenix 8 itself was mint and sealed as I hoped. Massive upgrade from my Garmin FR745. Amazing features. Bit inconvenient to set-up (more of a Garmin issue) but once done, is working well now.
Absolutely love the fenix 8, hopefully will last for many years. Would definitely while with FCW again. 5/5

Great quality watch but they forgot to adjust the size for me even though I requested it when I ordered it, customer service had bad attitude when answering the phone

I really like Citizen watches, they are of high quality, great styles and their Eco-Drive system means no more worries over changing batteries. The watch I purchased, Citizen Tsuyosa Automatic with Sunray Green Dial, is stunning, simple design, beautiful green dial, just a very stylish watch and I got it at a very competitive price.
