Nice watch, a bit small on my wrist but it is light and has a nice bracelet.
Overpriced RRP on launch so I waited until I found it here at a more reasonable price.

I’ve been looking at the Coach heart watch a while and googled to see how the prices varied. I came across this website but had never heard of it so checked Google reviews and Trust pilot reviews, all of which were great. So I decided to order the watch and I’m so glad I did!
I can’t fault anything. I ordered the watch to Tuesday, it arrived Wednesday! Immaculate packaging and a great price.

Bought as a work watch so as to not beat up my good stuff but this thing is pretty nice for the money.
Case finishing is good, though not as black as it looks in the pictures, more a dark gunmetal which i like.
Super comfy out of the box and sits well on my 6.75 inch somewhat flat n boney wrist.
The only negative is that the lume, whilst having a nice profile is really rather weak with the hands fading in seconds. Comes with the price point i guess.
Second purchase from FCW and second time i've been a really happy shopper, thanks for the first class service

I am absolutely delighted with my watch. Price was good, delivery was quick and the firstclasswatches site was easy to use. I might be looking to buy another watch and firstclasswatches will be the 1st place I will look.
The watch did come with 5 links on 1 side and 5 on the other. I had had it sized to an 8 inch wrist and the watch wore squint, I paid to have it fixed. Obviously someone removed a link from the wrong side. I did e mail them and they unexpectedly said they would refund the cost. This doesn't really sway me to leave a bad review as anyone can have a bad day.
