Where the Thomas Sabo teddy bear charm was lovey and I was delighted, the pink flower charm was not. It is nothing like the picture being a very light pink and not fusia punk as shown and the black is none existent unless you get a magnifying glass. Also for the money much smaller than expected. Definitely a deformation of the trades description act.

This watch is a true hidden gem and seriously undervalued in my view.

Wanted to refresh my watch with an original Mondaine strap. The 20mm stitched black leather went on really easily. It was delivered promptly and was the cheapest I could find on the web. Excellent service all round

Got to agree with 99% of reviews. Superb service, watch arrived in 2 days with a detailed 1hr slot from DPD.
When ordering watch I forgot to ask for bracelet resizing, phoned up the next morning as it was sorted.
Will definitely be using FCW again.

Very nice watch. Easy to set up but you have to download the manual. I checked something by email with Frederique Constant and they got back to me very early the following morning. Great service from FCW.

Looked on various watch sites to find this, eventually chose first class watches as they had 1 in stock and was able to get it an agreed reduced price. Once ordered it was delivered safely within 2 days by DPD. Very pleased with the watch and certainly different from all my others. Quality is amazing and the lume is something else! I've no worries about recommending fcw to everyone who's looking for a watch. Brilliant!
