Lovely watch and fantastic service

Disappointed with the watch really as its a great product that my wife found really attractive, hence why I bought her it. The issue is the colour matched strap, it is way too short and resolving it is proving problematic. No indication of wrist circumference is in the specifications and my wife likes to wear hers under the sleeve cuff i.e. a little bit higher. This strap is more of a childs size and when used on the last hole is trimmed down so ridiculously short that the remaining portion will not stay inside the retainer.
FWC really haven't resolved this to my satisfaction and just state "oh you need an xl size".
No real indication what small, medium, large, xl really means!

I now have a watch which my wife is really happy with but until I find then spend more money on a solution is actually useless.

The Michel Herbelin Art Deco watch is exactly what I was looking for. It is replacing a still useable Herbelin watch which I have worn daily for over twenty years. The new watch is very attractive and the slim casing fits perfectly on my wrist. I love the diamond hour markers as they really sparkle. The two tone wrist band gives me options when wearing other jewellery. The clasp is is easy to use.
The online service from First Class Watches has been easy to navigate, reliable, efficient with excellent communication.
