Really pleased with the service I received. Quick dispatch and great communication via email. Only issue, my free gift wasn't in stock so waiting to receive it in a second delivery, but this was communicated to me promptly by email. As far as the watch is concerned it's beautiful, and with the 10% discount an amazing price. In my opinion the best looking of all the Oris pointer date models.

Purchased a replacement watch strap as standard was a little small. Very happy with purchase, especially as it was a very hard to find item.

Less happy with DPD, who failed to deliver it TWICE, stating that we're not in and putting (the same) random picture of the wrong house in the failure message. During second attempt I was actually standing on my drive, washing my car when they were supposed to have attempted delivery.

We know that there is nothing wrong with our address as DPD were able to find it a few days previous to deliver the watch.
