I'm very sorry to hear that there was an unexpected problem with DPD delivering this item. This is very rare however we have raised it with our account manager as this is not the service we expect for our customers. I can see that unfortunately we were out of stock of replacement for this item so a full refund was processed.

Lovely watch however with failing eyesight the dial was difficult to read. Return and refund was handled immediately and professionally.
