Absolutely solid watch!!! Love how fast and efficient First Class Watches are in dealing with such a pricey sale. Immediate dispatch and arrived next day early morning. Packaged well and very happy with my 104!!! Can’t wait to get some solid use out of it!!

Disappointing to say the least , item arrived very quick , great , but the warranty card that should of been filled in with all the watch details , serial number , date of purchase ect has not been filled in and also i have not received a official receipt as of yet !!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. Unfortunately we are charged by the brand for spoilt and used warranty cards (for example if any item is returned as customer doesn't like the watch), and therefore we leave the serial number and date of purchase to be completed by the customer once they have accepted the item.

If you would like assistance with locating the serial number or model number we can do this, we can also fill it in on your behalf if you return it to us or alternatively when/if you require assistance under warranty we can fill this in then for you.

In this case we would also advise registering with Citizen to get your 6th year of warranty.

A packing slip is sent with each order however as many customers order for gifts, the invoice is accessible in your account on our website or by request. We have emailed you a copy of this.

I have ordered the original bracelet for my 38mm khaki field silver automatic. First class watches provided a great service as I was unsure which would be the ideal bracelet for the particular watch and they assisted me with this query.

I have contacted them via email to find out and they responded in a speedy manner, which included the link for the appropriate bracelet for my watch. I have then made the purchase and it was delivered free the next day. The bracelet was well packaged and protected.

Finding new original replacement bracelets for your watch are somewhat difficult and can be quite extortionate when you do (as I have discovered with some retailers). First class watches provided a competitive price and I thank the team for providing a first class service in both customer and delivery service.
