Had never used first class watches before but came up on a search engine. Bought a watch strap and saved a few pounds. Even received free tracked delivery and was despatched next day. Could not be happier. Will be back when my watch needs upgrading.

I've been wearing the watch for two weeks now and can't fault it. 38mm is just right for me, not too big and it's keeping very good time (gains about 3 - 4 seconds per day). As I said I can't fault the watch but the strap is very stiff and will take some breaking-in, so I've changed it for a more comfortable old strap that I had lying around.

Brilliant Service. I initially ordered a Radley smart watch from Radley London however it arrived faulty and had to be returned which was disappointing. I saw the same smart watch on First Class Watches website and ordered my replacement from here. It arrived the next working day in better packaging than from Radley London and the best thing is, the watch works!! I would definitely recommend ordering from here

I got a better deal on this watch after using the excellent "Make us an offer" feature. The watch itself is very robust and looks like it will last years. I bought this to use at work in some tough environments. It certainly fits the bill.
