All good thanks been wanting that watch for a while now

Very good value for money. Really nice watch. Quick delivery by DPD with 1h slot and live updates.

I bought Polar ignite 3, chest strap and bike sensor. I haven't used the bike sensor yet but the watch is great, switched from Garmin as it didn't seem to pick up higher heart rates, this watch seems to be and is not so chunky to wear. Great price and services *****

This is an awesome watch if your like me and want a Swiss made watch without having to remortgage your home or try to blag to the muissis you "won it in a competition"

For the price your getting a great looking swiss made field watch with a solid leather band as well as the same ETA made movement that's in Rados and other more expensive brands over 2 to 3 times the price. Can't argue at that.

42mm is spot on for me with 7.2 inch wrists. 38 would look a bit off. But I am used to gshocks and they are basically dinner plates.

Wrist size being said. If yours are thicker than 7inch you may want to consider a different strap or version of this watch with a longer strap. As on my wrists I am on the 3rd hole. Meaning the secondary strap loop has nothing to hold down. This is a bit annoying as Hamilton do sell an XL strap but at 90 quid RRP that's not exactly pocket cash. You can get a 3rd party one for sure but then you miss out having the brand name on the buckle (something I quite like) all it needs is an extra 1 inch of leather and 2 more holes. Very frustrating but I can live with it.

The leather strap is also very very stiff. I'm sure that will soften and break in over time but it will mean the first month to 3 are probably going to be a bit uncomfortable,

Time adjust and date adjustments work as it should. The second hand does stop when you pull the crown out to the final position which makes setting the exact time easy.

10bar proofing is good but the crown is not a screw down.

This watch looks great. Has a good name on it with lots of history behind it. It has the Swiss made factor and the movement inside it is incredible for the price tag.

Let downs are the strap length for chunky wrists. The strap stiffness that is temporary. And the 100m waterproofing rating but no screw down crown. I'm sure that's tested but personally I wouldn't swim in this for that reason. If I go to 100m then iv drowned. But regular swimming would make me question if just an o ring is going to hold out all the moisture. Also leather straps and chlorine/salt water don't mix well anyway.

The criteria for my new watch were; clear face, solar powered and moderately waterproof. The Bering watch matched perfectly. The cost was significantly less than other UK suppliers and matched overseas suppliers when import duty was taken into account. The bracelet was adjusted to my wrist size as a free service and then it was delivered the next day. What is there not to like! First Class watches are now my "go to" supplier for all future watches. I'm very pleased.
