So very pleased with my Michel Herbelin watch.
So comfortable to wear and just the right size for my small wrist. Best watch I’ve ever had.

Purchased a Ladies Tissot stainless steel bracelet watch from First Class Watches (FCW), in every respect they lived up to their name, the watch was a special order from the manufacturers, I had advised FCW or her wrist size for the bracelet to be adjusted (no extra charge for this), they advised of a delivery window of between 10 - 15 days, and kept me informed during this time. The watch arrived within the specified time, bracelet adjusted and spare links enclosed, FCW also registered the Watch with Tissot for the warranty.
Best of all, delivery included and a 23% discount, the staff responded quickly to emailed questions.
I would recommend FCW for their excellent service which for me could not have gone smoother.

I have been looking for a new Citizen eco watch in jewellers and online for a few months now. To be honest I came across First class watches purely by accident. I was pleasantly surprised to find the watch I wanted £100 cheaper on FCW. After an easy purchase the watch arrived very quickly and I am extremely pleased with it.

Bought a new watch strap for my Mondaine watch. Great price, fantastic service, arrived the next day.

I have only just opened the delivery due to being overseas at work. The Watch arrived fine, well packed in the Luminox packing. However the watch is running slow, which suggests it already needs a new battery or there is something wrong mechanically. I will be contacting First watches this morning
