Excellent service as always from first class watches. The watch itself I absolutely love, owned for nearly a month now and it’s only lost 15 seconds which for the power reserve is great. Really sturdy and feels better built than many other mid tier watches I own. I’d say on a par with my Rados for build quality. Not a fan of the strap at all so removed straight away, it may soften up over time but I preferred to leave it in new condition instead of sticking with it incase I ever sell. All in all highly recommended and it won’t be my last Hamilton watch.

Purchased a Seiko watch from FCW at a competitive price, the watch arrived quickly and the update emails were great.
Unfortunately there was a small fault with the watch (seiko issue) i contacted FCW and they were great returned the watch and recieved a replacement which i am wearing now.
I must say in a world where customer care is promised by all in reality it is rarely as promised when you need it but in this case it was faultless and a breath of fresh air. I would and have definitely recommend this company after my experience.

My recent purchase was a beautiful Tissot Seastar 2000 Powermatic 80 with blue wave dial. It is a stunning watch and looks much better in you hand rather than the photos. The reason for buying this watch was I already own the same model with the grey/black dial and I am so impressed with it, I wanted the same watch, but a different colour. After much reflection, I decided my original watch would be made a little redundant and I didn't want that, so I made the difficult decision to return. First Class Watches are outstanding for customer service, next day delivery and a very easy returns process. Thank you FCW for my speedy refund and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Amazing company to deal with. Buy with total confidence...

Stumbled upon this website by accident while looking for a watch for my son. I was little dubious at first and have to be very careful these days with scammers etc.

They have a great range of watches at competitive prices and I found the one I wanted mid afternoon which was posted immediately, arriving the next day!

Will definitely be using them again in the future. Great service.
