I ordered a Fenix 8 Pro 47mm. It arrived the next day, as promised, well packaged. Unfortunately, the watch was too big for my wrist, which was such a shame, as I had wanted one for a long time. I had to return it, and First Class Watches refunded me the same day they received the watch back. I cannot fault the service (or the product) - I will be back (for a smaller watch!)

I purchased a watch last week when it arrived it didn’t work I spoke to yourselves and I was asked to return it so they could despatch a new one which has been received by myself today great service. I will purchase again.

I am extremely happy with the service from First Class Watches so far. The ordering and delivery process was smooth and efficient.
I have not yet opened the product due to it being gift wrapped for my daughter's birthday present on 30th May 2026.
Hopefully there will be no issues going forward and she will love the Gift of her Coach watch
