Excellent service with speedy delivery but the watch could have been packed better in the parcel it was sent in it was quite loose inside all in all the watch is great and looking forward to wearing it

Got a u boat dark moon. Only seen them when on holiday in Italy not in uk. Great watch and definitely stand out from time pieces you get in uk jewellers. Service was very well appreciated from first class watches.

Not quite what i wanted, but thats because i didnt see it in the flesh.
Its nice, and i had the measurements etc, but it is smaller than it looked to me.
Fantastic service, so i will just have to put it down to experience.

I had been looking for a new Garmin for some time and came upon Firstclass website. As they invited offers I made an offer on the watch I was interested in, which was accepted. I had been looking at second's many of which was only a few pounds less than what I paid. Prior to the purchase I did some homework and was really happy my money was going to a UK business with a real shop on a high street. My watch arrived in less 24 hours well packaged, very happy. I have to say First Class watches is a first class company.
The delivery times are on the ball and the service is the best I've come across in a long while.
As I did not like the first watch that I ordered when it arrived, and exchanged it for another make.
This was carried out with no fuss. As the exchanged watch was a little more expensive I paid the additional
fee and my new watch arrived in two days, brilliant.
Very pleased with the watch and would certainly use First Class watches again
