What a beautiful watch only a step down from the spring drive I absolutely love it. As for fcw a I had a small problem with the watch strap adjustment attended the shop in person and a special thank you to Cassie for her tremendous customer service who promptly had my problem solved, very much appreciated.

From ordering to receiving my watch, First Class Watches provided a first class service.

Regading the watch, Seiko products are sturdy and well engineered and I find the Seiko 5 Sport with steel bracelet a very attractive man's watch. Regarding First Class Watches, they sold the watch at a competitive price, kept me informed of the progress of delivery and when it arrived it was well packaged with adequate protection against rough handling and was received in sound, undamaged condition. Good service.

Very happy, the usual excellent service, communication and delivery from FCW. The watch itself is one I’ve been after a long time, the bronze case is striking, the leather strap exudes quality. As for accuracy it’s running at plus one second which is fantastic. If you don’t own a hand wind you will really notice the feel and sound of winding- great way to bond with a watch (don’t do it too much). I’m looking forward to the patina forming in the case and strap.

Impressed with the service offered by First class watches.
Ordered the Garmin Venu 4 (because they are an authorised seller), the watch arrived the next day.
As described and no issues with it so far.
Prompt communication from order to delivery.
I would definitely use First class watches again.
My only wish was if they offered the 10% off available through sign up on the Garmin device as well but can't fault the price as it is the same everywhere.
The device itself is not very different to the venue 3s therefore not sure why they hiked up the price a bit.

Good quality, and the best price

I'm so happy! Was going to buy the watch elsewhere and it was a good £70 more expensive from a recognised company. I came across first class whilst googling the watch to see if any other companies sold it. I saw a great price with First Class and was a bit weary about buying from a company I didn't know. I read the reviews and they were all positive. I ordered and within days the 2 watches (Armani & Guess) arrived perfectly packaged! First Class are definitely now on my favourites list!

This is a Great Watch, I own a few nice Swiss watches including rolex, omega and Cartier and I always wanted a meteorite dial, Ball are crushing it in terms of specs for and materials for the price point. And the tritium glow is just extra. I think I’ll add another ball to my collection now. FCW delivered very quickly in great packaging at a great price too.
