The process of ordering and receiving the watch was perfect

Very happy with my purchase. No delays, it was on back order but arrived exactly when First Class Watches said it would. I got an amazing price and will definitely use them again.

I bought a new Citizen watch. Competitive price. The watch strap was adjusted for my wrist. Perfect fit. The watch was also setup for me. I do appreciate that because it is a very complex watch until you get used to it. It was delivered next day. Really excellent service.

Superb at every step. Amazing value (best anywhere in the UK) for this sensational EPIX 51mm. AMOLED screen makes a huge difference over Memory-in-Pixel (MIP). Helpful, friendly comms. Split the order (watch in stock) to get the EPIX to me ASAP, additional titanium bracelet a week later (earlier than predicted). Purchased additional nylon bracelet for everyday outbound and workouts, will use Whitestone band for swimming, and titanium band for blinging! Most pleasing thing is being able to support a local business interacting with real people, and for someone born and bred in Warwickshire but now living elsewhere, for FCW to be based in Kenilworth was a total bonus. Definitely plan to visit FCW in person in the near future when back in town. Thank you!

Beautiful watch, partner loves it. Very good quality. The team were very good at keeping me up to date about my order and dealt with it all very quickly.

Sinn U50 Hydro Tegemented. Fine looking timepiece. At 41mm diameter and a slimmer depth, it is more of wearable size for a diver type watch, even on an average wrist size. Feels fairly heavy until you get used to it. The dial has to be seen to be believed, as it is so clear and easy to read from almost any angle, it almost doesn't look real. The bracelet and watch case are matt finish that looks like gunmetal colour. First start up was a bit strange in that when the time and date was set and the crown pushed in, it did not start up until about the third attempt. Weird. Once actually in motion, no problem. A link was very easily whipped out from either side of the strap, using the tools and thread lock goo provided in the box. Fine touch that. Overall totally impressed, love it.
