Very good price and very prompt delivery with good notifications.

Disappointed with the end result. It specifically asks when ordering, do you want the watch bracelet adjusted? State your wrist size along with anything else. Great I thought, I live in the boonies with no jeweller. I bought the watch at the beginning of the week to wear and show at a wedding but this message was overlooked hence being watch less for the big day.

Placed an order for casio g shock watch, it was delivered next day, fantastic service. I'm very pleased with my purchase, lovely casio g shock, wear it for work, at the gym and with most of my clothes. Also put a one piece nato strap on, looks good on camo etc. Great watch, great service from 1st class watches, thank you very much.

I wanted a quartz movement watch with a plain clear dial, and settled on a Lorus for approx. £50 and I'm happy enough with it.
I got a bit confused when I tried to pay, but this is no criticism of First Class Watches as I'm not exactly an expert with ordering online
However, I phoned and spoke to an advisor - Ronald? Roland? - who was polite, patient, and helpful, and the subsequent delivery was on time and well packaged
All in all, good customer service, and I would buy from FCW again

I cannot give an accurate review on a product that I have only had for a few days

I have only had the watch for a few days so a bit early to give a constructive review. Having said that the ordering process was straightforward enough and the delivery time was accurate. I absolutely love the cosmetics of the watch and look forward to the long term appreciation of same.
