I have only had the watch for a few days so a bit early to give a constructive review. Having said that the ordering process was straightforward enough and the delivery time was accurate. I absolutely love the cosmetics of the watch and look forward to the long term appreciation of same.

Love It! I bought the Radley silver bracelet for a gift but its so gorgeous that I am keeping it! It is great quality and the Radley Dog charm is so cute.

Excellent service

This watch caught my eye and thought it would be the perfect summer timepiece. My initial impression on receiving it was favourable, but that changed a little when the black crown guard clip would reseat! I had to take some pliers to the little spring ball on it to get it back in, that seemed to the trick and it moves in and out easily now. The metal bracelet is a pretty poor affair and isn’t solid link style but uses folded links, the three micro adjustment slots on the clasp are too close together giving poor adjustment. It does come with a bright orange strap as well, so I will probably switch the cheap metal bracelet out for this. The lume is pretty mediocre as well, which is disappointing. However, it is still a good looking watch that will get a lot of use over the summer. Service from First Class Watches was impressive, as usual.
